The Great Culinary Cook-Off with Celebrity Chef Bruno & The Velvet’s Exec Chef Kai
A playful evening of collaboration and creativity. Celebrity Chef Bruno and The Velvet’s Executive Chef Kai team up to craft four inspired courses with wine pairings, blending bold flavours, local flair, and their shared passion for great food. This special evening will also feature wines from 1 Mill Road Winery on the Naramata Bench. Owners Katie and Ben will be onsite to pour and introduce each pairing, sharing insights into the wines and their winemaking approach as the courses unfold.
The Cook-off will start at 5pm with Chef Bruno introducing the event. Tickets are $120 per person and include a wine pairing. Savor four courses with perfectly paired wines. The 4 course meal includes a wine pairing with each dish.
