The Kootenay Zone U12, U14 and U16 athletes will be coming together at RED for a weekend of racing where they will lay it all on the line in GS and SL on RED’s storied race slopes. Athletes will be traveling from across the Kootenay’s including Lake Louise, Fernie, Panorama, Golden, Kimberley, Whitewater, Fairmont, Summit Lake, Salmo and Phoenix.
Racing begins at 9:00 am on both March 7th and 8th, and will run right through until 2pm daily. Awards will take place on the deck 30 minutes after the completion of the race.
Spectators can cheer for the athletes right from RED’s historic base lodge.
