The Rossland Council for Arts and Culture and Trail & District Arts Council TOGETHER present Family Square Dance, an experience for kids of all ages and their families to enjoy together. The show is on Sunday, March 29 at 3 pm at the Rossland Miners Hall as part of the TECK Family Series.
Learn the difference between Do Si Do and Weave the Ring, Promenade and Swing as you Roll Away To A Half Sashay. Our caller, musician Paul Silveria, will call the moves to high-energy live music as you get instruction, and a bit of history along the way, for a fun, welcoming, and beginner friendly afternoon!

Paul Silveria is a unique performer with a varied skill set – you can find him calling square dances, leading jams, teaching banjo, sharing his “crankies” and performing both traditional tunes and original songs. As a community based artist, Paul loves telling stories, sharing skills, and bringing people together and has more than a decade of experience working with children and school groups of all ages.
