Tourism Rossland offers a “visiting journalists and trade” program year-round.  We can recommend or set up accommodations, activities and interviews and provide information and ideas for your story or program.

We review all requests for visit assistance on a case-by-case basis.

What We Need From You

To tailor your visit to Rossland and suit the specific needs of your assignment, please send us the following information several weeks in advance of your proposed visit:

For Media:

• Story focus
• Proposed visit dates
• Logistical requirements for the visit
• Description of publication / audience / program with circulation and publication air date
• Samples and clips of previous work (naturally, we appreciate speculative assignments)

For Trade:

• Proposed visit dates
• Logistical requirements for the visit
• Description of company, including target market
• Copy of brochures or other promotional materials
